I’m back with another round of what to buy in the 2022 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. This place rivals Amazon with the variety of items you can buy (well not really but close.) I keep adding and taking away from my wish list.
Let’s dive right in to the categories I haven’t covered yet- see denim, jackets, and boot picks and work wear/jewelry previously posted.
Sweaters and Dresses
I skipped over sweaters and dresses in the last two posts because dresses aren’t practical for my lifestyle but I do love the look of them and some of you ask about dresses from time to time. I especially love the look of shorter dresses with tall boots.
I will usually opt for thin layers over a sweater in our warm fall and winters so I’m not sweater crazy either but these caught my eye.
Active wear
I’m not hung up on name brand active wear. Some of my favorites are from Amazon, but I do love Zella items from Nordstrom. Since I workout 4-5 times a week, I usually buy a new active wear piece. I wanted to try the Sweaty Betty sports bra but it’s already sold out in my size.
Lounge Wear/Pajamas/Intimate Wear
I purchased Moonlight Eco pajamas in a prior year’s sale and they have held up well and they are so comfortable.
Accessories
I love hats but have never successfully purchased one in a Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. They sell out so fast! I purchased Quay sunglasses in a prior sale and they have been my daily wear sunglasses for most of this year. I love them. Belts always polish off an outfit so I always give them a look when they are on sale.
Beauty Favorites
I was disappointed that First Aid Beauty hasn’t shown up in the beauty items but there are still some of my other favorites.
Gifts/Home
Now is a good time to start thinking about gifts you may need for upcoming weddings, birthdays or Christmas. I have a green pan and LOVE IT, a SLIP silk pillowcase is a worthy splurge, and I snuggle up in my Bliss blanket every day.
