Hello and Happy October. I hope you are well and safe. September morphed into October in the midst of a major Hurricane. One day ran into the other as we waited for power and internet to come back. Our hometowns still have a lot of work and clean up ahead. Our moms are still waiting for power to be restored. My heart breaks for those in North Carolina.

These are so fun! Amazon is a great way to try a trend without breaking the bank. I had to order two sizes and then reorder the size I needed because the pockets were not quiet lined properly on the first pair I ordered, but sometimes that happens with cheaper clothing. It never hurts to order multiples and see which is the best fit and which is made the best.
Dokotoo Womens Vest
Another trendy item that I turned to Amazon for. I had ordered it the month before but it was too small so I waited until in dropped in price a little to reorded the size I needed.
DREAM PAIRS Women’s Flat Mules Buckle Pointed Toe
Loving these so much that I’m probably going to get them in black to replace my worn out pair of black mules. I’ve been wearing them to work and with jeans off duty.
Mommy Jennie Unisex Vintage Washed Distressed Baseball-Cap
I was not a fan of baseball caps in the past but they have grown on me and I will wear one hear and there. This one comes in lots of great colors for fall.
Leonisa Seamless Mid-Rise Moderate Compression Classic Underwear for Women – Tummy Control No Show Panties
I’ve been on the search for some tummy control undies to wear with certain jeans. These are very light control but do a decent job of slimming the tummy. I probably will not end my search with these but they do a decent job.
EVALESS Womens Short Sleeve Textured Top
Bought it, wore it and got compliments on it! It’s a great top for those of us with hot fall weather.

As my hair grows out, I have needed to change up the products I use. I purchased a few old trusted products and a few new ones to try.
Better Not Younger – Lift Me Up Hair Thickener Spray
This was a repeat order. I love this stuff.
Moroccanoil Treatment Light
Also a repeat order. This is great for dry hair. I like to use it on the ends of my hair as I’m using more heat on it and it gets dry in between washes.
COLOR WOW Xtra Large Bombshell Volumizer
Also great for volume. It just depends on whether you like a mousse or a spray as to whether this one or Better Not Younger is the best. I like them both.
COLOR WOW Raise the Root Thicken + Lift Spray
Again, depends on whether you like a spray or mousse. I think my pick is bombshell volumizer between these two, but this also works great.
COLOR WOW STYLE ON STEROIDS Texturizing Spray
More like a finishing hair spray that adds some texture than my normal texture spray, but still worth the investment.
