What did we do before Amazon? Lived with a lot less probably, and we made shopping trips and purchases more meaningful and made them count. Nonetheless, I love the convenience of Amazon shopping and it has become a part of my daily life. I started thinking about all of the things I use on a daily basis and how much of it came from Amazon.
And much of it is good stuff so I wanted to share it with you. Here’s a look at all the things I use from Amazon on a daily basis.

I wake up from a good night’s sleep. Sleep that took place on sheets that are soft as butter and have deep pockets to hold them in place. My Beckham pillows also maintain there shape no matter which position I sleep in and keep my head cool. One of my pillows is covered in a Mulberry silk pillowcase so I don’t have crazy bed head or extra wrinkles when I wake up. My lightweight comforter set and ultrasoft blanket.
Most nights I’ve slept in pajamas that come from Amazon. I like to replace them if necessary during Prime Day sales or when I see a daily deal on them. These are some of my favorites. Upon rising, I put on my lightweight summer robe and head to the kitchen for coffee. I add a scoop of collagen to my coffee to start my day. Occcasionally, I make a cup of tea. My tea bags are stored in stackable organizers.
I head to my home office to read my Bible and do some journaling. I love these pens and these erasable ink pens for my planners and journals. The flair tips pens write so smoothly and don’t bleed. And it always helps to be able to erase and move things around when I’m planning. While I’m reading and journaling, my coffee stays warm thanks to my coffee warmer (it’s lasted 5 years now!). And I can’t forget to mention that none of this is possible these days without readers! I have these all over the house and at work, and these for more dedicated reading.
I generally work on the blog or social media posts in the morning before work, and again after work. I love being able to prop my feet up on this footrest under my desk to reduce swelling. My ergonomic mouse reduces strain on my wrist and my keyboard makes for lightning fast typing. My laptop gets backed up on this external hard drive.
When I’m done with my coffee, I head to the shower. To keep the brassiness, out of my blonde/grey hair, I reach for Moroccanoil Blonde Perfecting Purple Shampoo and conditioner a few times per week. When I’m done with my shower, I use this in-shower moisturizer to maintain my tan from this sunless tanner. Applying sunless tanner is a breeze with this mit. When I’m done with my shower, I dry off on these soft absorbant towels.
Next, it’s time for hair and makeup. After drying my hair, I store my hairdryer in this heat resistant holder. My tried and true hair products are available at Amazon and most of the time I order them from there. I use Bed Head Small Talk on damp hair, as well as Better Not Younger Lift Me Up. When my hair is dry, I smooth it out and style it with a BabylissPro straightner. I finish up with Kenra Vol. 25.
My favorite beauty products come from Amazon. Depending on how dry my skin is, I start with vitamin E oil or Honest Beauty Hydrogel Cream. Next I apply EltaMD sunscreen. I don’t spend a lot for high end foundations. L’oreal Paris True Match works for me. I set my foundation with Honest Invisible Blurring powder, and these puffs are great for applying powder. My eye makeup all comes from Amazon. My ride or die products are this brow pencil, this eyeliner (in brown, not black- brown is kinder to mature women), this lash primer and this mascara. It’a all on subscribe and save for me. I also love these eyeshadow palettes for a quick, easy look. All of my beauty products are stored in a rotating organizer for easy access.
While I’m getting ready, I’m usually listening to an ebook from Kindle or Audible, on wireless ear buds. Our dehumidifier is super loud but necessary, so I like to cancel that noise with something more motivating or calming.
Now I’m ready to head to work! Be on the lookout for Part 2.
