After lots of Big Spring sale purchases in March, April was a slow chill months for prime purchases. We all still need things, so they are still worth sharing.

April Prime Purchases
KardiaMobile 1-Lead EKG Monitor, Medical-Grade FDA-Cleared Personal Heart Monitor
The hubby had a scare with a-fib in March, so at the suggestion of his doctor, he ordered a kardiamobile to keep a watch on his heart rate and rhythm. He also ordered a case for it, so he can take it with him and keep it protected.
NOW Foods Supplements, Omega-3 180 EPA
Now that I’m on lower dose of blood thinner, I got permission to resume taking fish oil and needed to replenish our supply.
Women Linen Pants Lightweight Pants with Lace Side
I wanted to love these pants because they are so stinking cute, but once I put them on I realized the back pockets did nothing for the rear view. Back they went.
Amazon Basics Multipurpose Copy Printer Paper
I needed paper for my printer and Amazon has it.
Organic Positively Botanicals Company, Chicory Root
I gave up caffeine for two weeks and now my first cup is still decaf. Caffeine has a significant impact on cortisol, which affects weight gain/loss and other things. It’s a vicious cycle but one that’s worth breaking. I feel so much better now that I cut back caffeine. I don’t depend on the afternoon cup. Of course, I still needed something to soothe the habit, and this is where the chicory root comes in. It’s pretty close to the taste of coffee.
The Republic of Tea – Red Velvet Cuppa Chocolate Tea Bags, Caffeine Free,
I already loved tea, but wanted a caffeine free one for evenings. This stuff is delicious with a splash of almond milk in it.
Floral Baseball Cap
I forgot to include a pic of this floral baseball cap, but I also ordered it mid April. It was not quite the blue I wanted, but it will still work with my wardrobe, so I’m 99% sure I’m keeping it.
What I’ve Been Loving for Spring

There’s something about spring that makes me want to refresh the little things.
Not a full makeover—just those simple updates that make getting dressed and getting ready feel easy again.
For spring, I did a little beauty + closet refresh, and honestly, it’s amazing how much a few small changes can make everything feel new.
For my wardrobe, I’m reaching for pieces that instantly make outfits feel lighter and more polished:
- a soft cheery tshirt
- easy linen pull-on pants
- A lightweight casual jacket
- A polished crop trench
- New bolder sunnies currently on deal!
These aren’t dramatic changes, but they make everyday outfits feel more modern and intentional.
On the beauty side, I’ve been focusing on easy products that brighten and tighten everything up for spring.
Here’s what I’m loving:
Medicube collagen overnight face mask (my skin glows after using this!)
Lumineux teeth whitening strips
