October was a heavy Amazon shopping month with Prime Big Deal days. It’s a good thing they don’t happen every day, although Amazon does have deals every day. That’s what makes it so irresistable. It’s so easy to just add to cart and have what you want in two days with Prime.
I took advantage of Prime Big Deal Days to stock up on things we use regularly while they were at a lower price- like collagen and Aloha bars.
Let’s take a look at my October haul:
Beauty Items
essence Volume Booster Lash Primer Mascara
Loreal Lash Primer is my go to, but when this one went on sale I decided to try it since this brand makes my favorite mascara. This mascara primer is infused with acai oil and mango butter for nutured & conditioned lashes. It works great with the mascara and it’s cheaper than Loreal, so I might be switching.
Sponge Spa Headband for Women, Makeup Headband and Wrist Washband Set
I hate having water run down my arms when I wash my face and these wristbands are just the fix. The headband is a fun touch. This was on my wish list and was discounted a bit for prime days so I snagged it. It would make a great stocking stuffer.
First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub
I have some dry bumps on my arms and get bumps in the bikini area when I shave. This stuff is the cure. It was recommended by another blogger and I’m hooked.
Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer Contour Palette Contour 1
This was recommended by a you tuber I follow. I’m still getting used to using it because I’ve been using a cream bronzer in the past, but I do like that this is a clean product.
Honest Beauty Deep Hydration Eye Cream for All Skin Types
Honest is one of my favorite brands and this is one of my favorite eye creams.
Honest Beauty Hydrogel Cream with Hyaluronic Acid, Jojoba, + Squalane
Love this stuff! Super hydrating. It really is a gel/cream combo. It starts like a cream and turns into a lightweight get. It’s like giving your skin a drink of water.
IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream Anti Aging Face Moisturizer
Love the silky smooth feel this gives my skin.

Home Acre Designs Vintage Farmhouse Utensil Holder
Sometimes you want a change. We needed to replace some utensils so I replaced the holder to. I’m loving having this on my counter.
8 Pcs – Home Hero Silicone Kitchen Utensils Set – All-In-One Cooking Utensils Set
I didn’t really love this set so I returned it. The pieces were small and felt cheap. I ended up getting a set from Target and adding a few more spoons (these and these) from Amazon to create my own set. I grabbed this sheet pan scoop from Target too. I also needed serving spoons and ordered these. Serving spoons tend to disappear every time I take food to a potluck.
Quezqa Wireless Charging Stand – Fast Wireless Charger – 3 in 1 Charging Station
I really wanted this to work out. I loved the space saving feature, but it charged my watch much too slowly. I returned it. Still looking for options.
PHF Ultra Soft Fleece Blanket
Our old blanked needed replacing. This one is silky smooth and feels so good.
Bedsure Beige Queen Comforter Set
This is pretty plain and basic but it works for us. It’s lightweight and comfortable.
Clothing and Accessories
Merokeety Blazer
This blazer went on sale and I ordered it in khaki and caramel. It’s lightweight enough for our warm falls but the colors help me get my fall vibes on. They have a slightly overszied fit, but I’m not drowning in them. Watch for them to go on a deal and snag a few.
2 Paris Sterling Silver Locking Earring Backs
I have these backs in gold and haven’t had an earring fall out since I’ve been using them. I grabbed a couple of pairs in silver for some of my silver earrings.
GRACE KARIN Women’s Paper Bag Waist Pants
I bought these in brown and they are the perfect color for fall. They are also a fun change from the normal dress pants I wear.
Chunky teardrop earrings
I’m loving all the chunky jewelry this fall, especially earrings. I had ordered a pair of teardrop earrings before but the post was in the middle of the earring and they fit funny. I returned them and came across this pair with the post at the top. Love them!
RUNNING GIRL Sports Bra for Women
My sports bras need replacing. I took advantage of Prime Big Deal days to get a couple of new ones. I went with an old standby, a Champion, and also tried out this Running Girl Sports bra that gets high reviews and recommendations. It’s cute and it gets the job done, but it’s not on my list of favorites.
C9 Champion Women’s Workout Tanks
These are definitely on my list of favorites. I bought two during the July prime days sale and got two more during October. They are soft, comfortable and don’t cling to me.
Fun Stuff/ Planner Stickers
Rongrong stickers had a 25% off sale on Amazon during Prime Big deal days, so I stocked up on stickers for my planners. They are almost too pretty to use.
