Hello and Happy February! If you are over winter, hang in there. Spring is coming. Probably sooner than I want given that the temps will be in the 70s all week here.
Grab a cup of coffee and take a short distraction from winter. Here are the things I purchased from Amazon prime during the month of January. It’s pretty random.

I already had one of these in brown and love it so much I used some of my Christmas gift cards to get another one in black.
Honest Beauty Talc-Free Translucent Loose Setting Powder
This was a restock. I’ve used this one before and creates a nice finish. It’s currently out of stock, but keep a look out for it.
Nitrile Exam Gloves Latex Free & Powder Free Disposable Gloves
I ordered a box of these in small for me and in large for the hubby. They are great for cleaning and messy craft/DIY projects.
Microfiber cleaning towels
I love these for cleaning and some of our old ones have seen better days. I replaced them with a fresh batch. I’m on a cleaning/ decluttering kick.
Andalou Naturals Shampoo
Who runs out of shampoo before conditioner? I do and I ordered a shampoo to go with a partial bottle of conditioner I have in this brand. This is a nice clean shampoo. No yucky ingredients, gets the job done, and doesn’t have an overpowering smell.
Stainless Steel Ice Pick
I seem to be frequently wishing we had an ice pick, not just for the ice, but to poke holes in things. Problem solved. I ordered one from Amazon.
NEBO Slim Mini Rechargeable 250 Lumen Compact Pocket Flashlight
I am always losing the flashlight in my purse. I purchased this one as a back up. It’s a super bright light but so lightweight you won’t notice it in your purse.
Fox River Outdoor Wick Dry Alturas Ultra-Lightweight Liner Socks
The hubby decided it was time to replace socks and underwear. He was looking for something to keep his feet warm and dry when working outside. He ordered these liner socks to wear with these merino wool socks, and has been very pleased. He also order these ankle socks for regular wear and new boxer briefs.
Basic crop tee
I’ve become obsessed with layering a tee under a sweater so a little bit of white peaks out but sometimes its trial and error between the tee neckline and the sweater as to what actually works. I orderded this cropped top as another option. The cropped lenght keeps the bulk away from the middle when I don’t want an extra layer there.
Crewneck Button Down Cardigan
When the hubby hopped on Amazon one day to search for some things, he noticed this cardigan in the recently viewed items and said he wanted to see me in it. Permission to shop? I won’t turn that down. I had this on my wish list in another color. This green will transition nicely to spring.
Layered Necklace
I ordered this and wore it around the house a bit for some photo shoots. I fell in love with it. It is two separate necklaces and they layer well without twisting with each other. Full transparency- I decided to return it because I already have similar pieces but will be reordering it in one of the other options like the heart or lock.
Tall Planters for Outdoor Plants
My front door is generally pretty bare after the holidays and I never know what to put there until it’s time for spring flowers. I’ve had these lights branches in my attic forever with the Christmas decor. I decided that this year things were getting trashed or donated if they didn’t get used, but wanted to give these branches a chance. I ordered these planters and filled them with this faux greenery and added the branches. I’m pleased with how it turned out, with the exception of the cords. But what do you do about that?
The planters have wheels which will make them easier to relocate if I change this up.
I warned you this was random. I tried not to shop much in January but sometimes you have to replace things and fill in holes to make other things work. Overall, I didn’t buy too much extra stuff.
