Hi there and happy May. Soon it will be summer, but for now I’m enjoying my spring wardrobe. Today I’m here to share my top ten favorite outfits that I wore in April.
My life is pretty basic. I go to work, visit family, and run errrands. Most of my outfits are business to business casual for an office setting. I’m a petite pear shape. Keep that in mind when trying to translate an outfit to your own body. Let yourself be inspired by more than just the exact outfit. Take the formula, color combo, or some piece or element and make your own chic spring looks.
My 10 Favorite Outfits of April 2025
This month was filled with a lot of pink and blue outfits. I wore some yellow too, but seemed to gravitate to pink or blue.
Cropped Button Up + Tank+ Light Wash Jeans + Boat Shoes
Top- Old Navy; tank- Loft; Jeans- Old Navy; shoes- Target; tote- Amazon
The hubby and I went to lunch and to run errands on a Saturday. This was a perfect outfit for maintaining comfort and polish. These boat shoes are so comfortable with their memory foam insoles.

Polo Sweater + Straight Leg Jeans + Boat Shoes
Polo sweater- Amazon; jeans- Loft (old); shoes- Target
I’ve already told you how comfortable these boat shoes are, so it’s no surprise they made it into another of my favorite outfits. This top has become a favorite too, and at some point I may order it in other colors, maybe something for fall. I have worn it to work as well as with casual looks. I wore this on a trip to my mama’s house to pick up some packages that I needed to return for her.
Crochet sweater + Dark Wash Jeans + Woven Mary Jane flats
Sweater- Gap/ old- option; option; option; jeans- Old Navy; shoes- Amazon; necklace- Amazon; bracelet- Loft
Sometimes the simplest outfits are the best, especially when you throw in some texture and a great accessory. The crochet and the woven flats add just enough texture to keep this from being plain, and the chunky heart necklace is quickly becoming a go to.
Lavendar blazer + pastel striped sweater + blue pants
Blazer- Amazon; option sweater – old; pants- similar; shoes- similar
I started out with green pants in mind but there was no green in the sweater to tie it in. I switched to blue even with the risk of looking like an Easter egg with all the pastels, and ended up liking this outfit in spite of the “Easter egg” vibes.
Blue blazer + blue striped shirt + black pants + silver sling back flats
Blazer- option; pants- BRF; blouse- JCrew; shoes- option
Yes, you can wear blue and black together. This blue blazer gives spring vibes to black.
Chocolate brown blazer + brown sweater + pink pants + brown loafers
Blazer- similar; sweater- Amazon; pants- Nordstrom; loafer- Amazon
I love chocolate brown and pink together. Since brown stuck around as a spring color this season, I couldn’t resist wearing these pieces together.
Neutral blazer + print top + light blue pants + mule heels
Blazer- similar; top- old; pants- similar; shoes- similar
I wore this blazer a couple of times in April, as well as the blue pants. These pieces generally get worn on repeat in the spring and summer.
Navy blazer + polo sweater + pink pants
Blazer- similar; polo sweater- Amazon; pants- Nordstrom
These pink pants are so comfortable but polished. I feel so good in them. They will definitely be on repeat.
Pink lady jacket + pink sweater + black pants + black Mary Janes
Jacket- Amazon; sweater- Amazon; pants- BRF; shoes- DSW; necklace- Loft
Pink and black are another favorite color combo, so black pants were an easy choice for this pink lady jacket. I do have plans to mix it up and wear the jacket with other things.
Mauve pink blazer + sweater vest + taupe pants + black sling back heels
Blazer- Amazon; vest- Amazon; pants- old; shoes- Lifestride
And more pink. I warned you in the beginning. I my mind I had this outfit put together with a brown sweater and brown loafers, but the sweater was off with the coloring, and these pants call for a little heel instead of a flat loafer. This quick swap of top and shoes turned out way better than what I originally planned.
