Amazon Prime Purchases April 2023

Happy Monday and Happy May! It’s time to link up with Tanya at The Other Side of the Road and share Amazon Prime Purchases for the month.

Aside from my subscribe and save orders, my Amazon purchases have slowed down significantly in the past few months.

I only purchased three things outside of my routine snacks and household/personal items in my subscriptions. If you haven’t tried subscribe and save, I highly recommend it as a great way to save time and money. When you don’t need something, you always have advanced notice and time to cancel it for that shipment.

Two of my three purchases were replacing my current moisturizer and eye cream. I like having a moisturizer with SPF sun protection and Cetaphil fits the bill and is safe for my allergies.

My other purchase was this woven purse, but I will be returning it because I’m just not impressed with it. It looks cheap to me.

I want a light tan purse for spring and summer, but until I find the perfect one, I’m using a light grey Michael Kors hobo that I already own.

I updated my spring work wear over the past month or so and I shared and reviewed my Loft haul earlier this month.

On my wish list:

Shoes. I’m obsessed with shoes. A strappy, dressy black sandal is on my wish list and fishermen sandals always catch my eye for casual wear.

Both of these have potential:

What I Read in April 2023

I listened to the audio version of All the Dangerous Things by Stacy Willingham. It was a little slow to get started and grab my attention, but it was full of twists and surprises at the end. Isabelle Drake’s toddler son was taken from his crib in the middle of the night. Isabelle’s entire existence now revolves around finding him, but she sleeps very little and is beginning to doubt herself because of some things in her childhood. In hopes of jarring loose a new witness or buried clue, she agrees to be interviewed by a true-crime podcaster—but his interest in Isabelle’s past makes her nervous. 4 stars
