A good blazer can be a closet work horse. A blazer can instantly add polish and structure to most any outfit. If you work in an office environment, a blazer is certainly a closet staple.
I’m quite fond of my JCrew Factory school boy blazer in camel, and I’ve been wanting to add a light grey one to my closet. This color seems to come and go from their stock, but I finally snagged one on sale recently.
I won’t get much wear out of it this season, because the temps will heat up here quite soon, but I’ve been enjoying it during the cool mornings we’ve had. If you have a cool spring, I’d totally recommend adding this blazer to your closet for now and again for fall as soon as it’s available. It’s currently out of stock. I’m wearing the color heather oatmeal in size 6.
Here are two gray blazer outfits for early spring.

The first outfit with this grey blazer pairs a black floral top and black trousers. The lighter grey is a nice contrast to all of the black. Snakeskin is so popular right now and a bag in this print adds another nice contrast. I chose a very simple pair of turquoise earrings to finish the outfit.

The second grey blazer outfit features a classic no fail color combination- blush and grey. Soft and feminine, but still powerful thanks to the structure of the blazer. It’s hard to tel from the photos, but the pants are glen plaid.
