The temperature finally cooled off a bit this week, so I pulled out some booties! Here’s a mix of what I wore for casual wear and work.
Saturday- errands
A fall colored kimono was about all the layering I could tolerate. It was hot!

This was the test run for these booties. I purchased them last month but just took them out of the box last weekend. I was going to purchase some other pairs for comparison, but I was quite pleased with these when I tried them on. They are Blondo waterproof booties from Nordstrom. Sadly, they have sold out. As I write this, there is one pair at Nordstrom Rack and a few sizes in a chestnut color if you don’t like snakeskin. The cutout booties are perfect for elongating the leg with dresses. And speaking of dresses, I could live in this Amazon Essentials tee shirt dress. Best $20 ever spent.

I’m so smitten with this top! Eyelet, cute ruffled collar. Perfect fall color, 100% cotton, and did I mention ventilation for us southerners suffering with a hot fall, lol.

I am also loving this plaid blazer from Target. It’s a great affordable choice if you are just not sure you want to commit to a plaid blazer. Everything else is old from my closet and I do mean this top is OLD! Who knew rust would be so popular this year?
